Business economist, entrepreneur and development partner. Shaped by experience in business recovery and restructuring, continuous learning, and entrepreneurial responsibility. Today, I combine more than 20 years of experience in consulting, business start-up support and business development with my own entrepreneurial journey.
From Repair to Development.
My consulting career began in business recovery and restructuring. At the time, I worked with companies that had already reached challenging situations. One question emerged and has stayed with me ever since: Why do we only start acting when problems have already become visible? I became increasingly interested in how businesses are created, how they grow, and how they can develop in a healthy and sustainable way. Not repair. Development.
Finding Clarity.
Starting my own business taught me something unexpected. Although I had a strong business background, building a business was far more complex than I had anticipated. I realised that many people possess excellent professional expertise. What is often missing is clarity for the entrepreneurial journey. This insight became the foundation of my work supporting founders and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Creating Freedom.
As an entrepreneur and co-owner of a fine dining restaurant, I came to an important realization: Entrepreneurial freedom does not happen automatically. It must be designed. Many entrepreneurs build successful businesses only to discover that everything depends on their presence. For me, one thing became clear: A business should not remain dependent on a single person, even if that person appears to be the driving force behind it. A business should create freedom.

For more than 20 years, I have worked with entrepreneurial minds across a wide range of industries and stages of business development. From local businesses to international organisations. From sole proprietorships to complex business structures. From traditional brick-and-mortar businesses to online and hybrid models. My experience spans trades, professional services, IT and software, retail and industry, consulting and coaching, gastronomy, wine and hospitality. Because I do not approach challenges through the lens of a specific industry, I often recognise patterns, connections and opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed. Many successful approaches can be transferred across industries and business sizes.
